Obviously had to include the sequel to this awesome game first. Red dead redemption 2 is a new and improved version of the first. The graphics, the wild west setting and the action in the game have all been vamped up a notch for you to totally enjoy.
If you enjoyed the first or even if you just liked the look of the first you will love the second as it’s newer, improved and a classic wild west game.
Red Dead Revolver
This game was made back in 2004 but it doesn’t mean you won’t like it just because of its age, because if you give it a chance you may like it just as much as you enjoyed red dead redemption. It’s the first of the series with its wild west open world element, third-person shooter and epic action aspects.
You may remember this game from your childhood so watching the youtube video is bound to bring you back all sorts of feels.
Call of Juarez: Gunslinger
The story in this game is phenomenal, it’s one of the best FPS games, especially if you enjoy wild west stories and settings.
Live and travel around as a ruthless bounty hunter who must discover secrets, legends and be totally unforgiving. Enjoy gunfights, action, FPS and combat.
GUN
Seek justice on those who have wronged you in this crazy wild west game. Experience the lawless wild west as you roam around this action-packed open world.
Hunt, wage war, protect citizens, hunt animals & more. Full of missions, stories and interesting gameplay. The only thing you can rely on in this game is your gun.
Fallout
Fallout: New Vagas is an amazing open-world, RPG, action-packed game. Explore the desert, come face to face with mutants and other creatures, find special weapons and last of all fight to be king!
It’s set in a post-apocalyptic world so the scenery and atmosphere, I feel, is really well portrayed. Fallout: new vegas is a super popular game even after all of these years so I do recommend giving it a try if you like the look of the trailer!

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
Engage and enjoy open-world missions, a rich and gripping story, fantastic graphics and wonderful atmosphere. There’s of different ways to tackle and handle a situation that all make your experience playing this game differently.
You have the ability to play online single or multiplayer, which is something I really love in a game, that it gives you that freedom to choose.
Borderlands
An FPS, RPG shoot and loot game all bundled it to one. Play as one of four fighting against a brand new world of evil creatures, characters and hostiles.
The story is amazing in Borderlands 2 and how great is actually reminds me of red dead redemption. There’s a ton of weapons, humour, kill a ton of enemies, loot and replay the games as many times as you want as it never really gets boring.

Fistful of Frags
Fistful of frags is a free to play (yay) game that incorporates an open-world, western atmosphere, FPS and multiplayer elements.
There are loads of different modes for you play such as the deathmatch mode, team elimination mode, teamplay mode and ‘break bad’ mode. Each varies and each has their own fun.
For a free game I think it’s brilliant and definitely worth a download.
Secret Ponchos
I must warn you now secret ponchos is HIGHLY competitive player versus player fighting game. Set in a western world secret ponchos is fast-paced and allows you to show off your pvp skills.
Your skills seriously matter in this game not just to you but to your team aswell, you need to be the best in order to win and from there you can see how people get so addicted and so competitive when playing.
Mad Max
In mad max you become mad max. You’re all alone in a terrifying open-world where you must fight in order to survive. Build cars to escape and fight against bandits, you’re challenged with tough missions, strenuous gameplay and ruthless gangs.
You have to give it everything you have got in order to build, loot and get out of that hell hole.

Mercenaries 2: World In Flames
This is an action/adventure video game where the driving reminds me so much of GTA. It’s good game with good graphics, good story, great character development and brilliant progression.
It’s a sequel to the first and I have to say it is a lot of lot better so if you were expecting the first to be better this will probably make you happy.
I got something different for you, I’m talking first-person shooter games, not just any, I’m talking FREE.
